Order confirmation

Orders are placed through WhatsApp. An enquiry becomes an order only after our team confirms availability, the final amount and delivery details with you, and payment is received.

Processing time

Confirmed orders are usually packed and dispatched within the timeframe we share with you on WhatsApp. Made-to-order or customised pieces take longer; we will tell you the expected date before you pay.

Delivery

Jewellery is packed securely and shipped through insured courier partners. Once your parcel is dispatched we will share tracking details. Delivery times depend on your location and the courier.
