Bangle size
Bangle sizes are based on the inner diameter. Measure the inner diameter of a bangle that fits you well, or measure around your hand at its widest point (with your thumb tucked in).

Measure the inner diameter of a ring that fits you, or wrap a strip of paper around your finger and measure the length.
